Scheduling and Payment
Before your appointment, here are some important details to know:
Please ensure that you complete the required online forms in your client portal at least 48 business hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If these forms are not completed, it is possible we will need to reschedule to a future date. When you arrive for your appointment, please wait for me in the lobby area.
Understanding Cancellation Policies
To reduce no-show cancellations, we have a cancellation policy in place. Please note that you will be charged a $50 fee for any late cancellations or appointments missed. Please see the cancellation policy for more information.
Payment Information
Restoration by Grace does not accept insurance. Clients can pay by credit card, check, or cash (exact amount only, please). Payment will be collected at the end of each session. Package options are available if you would like to prepay for you or your child.
