About Grace

I consider it a privilege to work with everyone God leads into my office. God has graciously taken my brokenness and turned it into something beautiful. I am passionate about helping others see God’s hand in their lives and find restoration in Him. I see healing as a journey involving mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical components.

My undergraduate degree is in Psychology from Indiana Wesleyan University. I have a master's degree in mental health counseling from Concordia University Irvine. There, I was trained to use the Townsend Model, created by Dr. John Townsend, co-author of the Boundaries series. I also have training using the Splankna protocol. I believe the Holy Spirit holds a significant place in my coaching sessions, allowing space for His intervention and redirection.

Between my undergraduate and graduate schooling, I worked with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In this job, I empowered individuals to strive towards their full potential through the teaching of vocational and independent-living skills. Growing up with an older sister with Down syndrome allowed me to engage with individuals of all backgrounds and their families. I am passionate about working with children 10+, adolescents, and young adults, helping them learn coping skills, build boundaries, manage anxiety, and become grounded in their identity.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter, learning about factors that impact overall health and wellness, spending as much time as I can outdoors, and baking delicious gluten-free foods.
